An expert career counselor is trained systematically to know the real interest and skills of the person not only by talking but collecting data by various aptitude tests and skills and capacity of the customer. Not only this he studies all factors which play a vital part in career selection. He is updated with all available options in career and ways to enter in that career.
Deciding the most suitable career path is not a decision to be taken lightly It involves analyzing the interest, aptitude, skills of the candidate to match with the career paths most suitable for them. This must be done under the guidance of an experienced Career Counselor to avoid any mistakes that could result in major setbacks in the journey of pursuing the path to a satisfying career.
Career counselling experts are training and with the expertise they re at a better reach than the information that s avaiable in the Internet. The information is so vast and too confusing. The student might get more confused and would finally land up in a career that s not suitable for him/her. It s always more comforting to choose a career that s more suitable and apt for the child and the counsellor is the best person to guide.
The core objective of career counselling is to get a clarity and affirmation on what a candidate thinks about future. This means that there is an opportunity and need for someone who can provide a perspective towards the choices a candidate envisions to make. What matters is a skill in any activity or task you perform, I as a Career Counsellor would be able to understand the personality trait of an individual were i have obtained skills about understanding the personality traits of a human being.
As all fingers are not the same every human being has different likes and dislikes in what he would do and what he would not like to do. So its important for people to understand the importance of why career counseling can be done by Career Counsellors only
